Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. little dill for iPhone and iPad is in free public beta. Install Apple’s TestFlight app, then open the beta link. Move your pickle between the app and the browser with a .dill backup.
Can I play with friends?
Yes! Brine Royale is our online survival arena. Play in shared rooms with up to 64 players across web and iOS, or invite friends with a private room link. The arena needs an internet connection.
What exactly is little dill?
It’s a free virtual pet game you play in your browser. Hatch a pickle, name it, keep it fed and happy, and watch it grow. There are three mini-games, six varieties, and a whole collection of elder looks to discover.
Do I need an account or an app?
No account or download is needed. Open the game in your browser and play. An iPhone and iPad app is also in free public beta. You can also add the web game to your Home Screen. On iPhone or iPad, use Safari’s Share menu, then Add to Home Screen.
How much care does my pickle need?
A daily feed, clean, game, and pet is enough. A healthy pickle can handle a weekend away. Time passes while you’re gone, so come back for a visit. Long neglect can make your pickle sick, and an empty food, happiness, or hygiene meter for 48 hours can lead to a goodbye. Pickles don’t die of old age.
Will my progress be saved?
Your progress saves automatically in the browser you play in. Use Download save in the game to keep a .dill backup or move your pickle to another browser or device with Import save. Clearing your browser data removes the local save, so keep a backup of your little friend.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Once the game is installed and cached, it opens offline, including care and mini-games. Optional care reminders need an internet connection and a supported browser. This website introduces the game; open the game to install it.
Does my pickle send me notifications?
Only if you enable reminders in the game. They’re limited to one per day, with quiet hours from 10pm to 9am in your device’s time zone. An ignored reminder won’t trigger more until your next care visit.
